BlackBird, a boutique hotel of three houses nestled in the Carpathian Mountains. We shaped its identity by blending Balinese serenity with the soul of Ukrainian heritage. Working hand in hand with the client, we directed not only the brand design but also the architectural concept and interior identity, aligning every spatial and visual decision with budget and long-term operational goals. We extended this vision through naming, logo, and a sensory narrative that connects place, story, and experience.
